Each individual must complete one self-assessment and two peer assessments based on the work undertaken for this project. These assessments will form the basis of the written report and be accompanied by an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of self- OR peer assessment in organisations.
The report is structured as follows:

Explain the concept of self- or peer assessment and evaluate its value as an additional element in an organisation’s performance review process based on sound arguments and supporting evidence from research studies and current business practices.
You must write approx. 350 words and include a minimum of 4 references. 2 of these must be academic sources.
You must choose either self- or peer assessment for the theory. Do not attempt both.
Self-Assessment: Practice:
Complete your own self-assessment based on your performance in the project work using the guidelines provided in this project outline. You must provide your feedback in terms of both ratings and written comments, giving examples which support your ratings.
Peer Assessment: Practice:
Complete two mini peer assessments for two of your project
group members (one assessment for each) based on their performance in the project work using the guidelines provided in this project outline. You must provide your feedback in terms of both ratings and written comments, giving examples which support your ratings.
Note that for the practice, you must do a self-assessment AND two peer assessments.
Conclusion (approx. 150 words):
